One to One Mindfulness or Yoga Sessions
Mindfulness sessions are normally taught in groups, in part as there can be huge value in observing the interactions between the other participants and instructor that can deepen your own learning and insights about how the mind works. It is also a lovely way to meet likeminded people in a supportive environment.
However, if you would prefer a one-to-one environment I am able to offer personal sessions at £50 per hour. These can also be shared between a couple/pair if you prefer at £70 per hour. Sessions can be focussed to either introduce you to mindfulness in general, to help develop a regular mindfulness practice, or to support you with a particular issue or condition.
If you would like to attend the entire MBLC course (8 sessions x 1.5 hours) on a one-to-one basis, this is £700, or £950 for 2 people.
I am also a qualified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance YTT200) and am able to offer private 1:1 or 1:2 yoga sessions for £40 per hour, or 1.5 hour sessions incorporating both mindfulness practices and yoga for £60. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
One-to-one sessions can be run from my home studio in Woodford, Cheshire, online via zoom, or if you would prefer me to come to your home or business this can be possible to be arranged for a small additional cost.
