Wellbeing Days and Events

Our next wellbeing event will be a Yoga, Mindfulness and Self-compassion workshop, either in person at Marthall Hall, Cheshire from 10am-4.30pm, or via Zoom between 10.30am-1pm, on Sunday 1st November 2020. We will confirm whether the workshop will be face to face or online a little nearer the time when we know more about the social distancing requirements, but for now, please save the date and put it in your diaries!

 

If we are in person, the cost will be £65 which includes a delicious vegetarian lunch, freshly made smoothies, all drinks, healthy snacks and home-made cookies. If we are online, the price will be £20.

Drop-in Classes 

I reguarly run in person and online ‘drop-in’ mindfulness classes, which are open to anyone irrespective of experience, and are 'pay as you feel / are able' with a suggested contribution of £5/session. Fore details of the next sessions, please get in touch using the ‘Contact’ page of the website.

If you are a company or business and would like us to deliver a trial of weekly mindfulness or yoga drop-in sessions for your employees, either online or in-person, please get in touch - these have been really successful and are a great way to support your employees' mental wellbeing at work.

Speaker Events
