Weekend Retreats at Samye Ling Buddhist Monastery
I am delighted to be co-leading two seperate weekend retreats at the beautiful Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhist Monastery in Scotland in 2024, in conjunction with the Mindfulness Association, focussing on mindfulness-based practice. Both can either be attended in person or online. The first is from February 2nd -4th, and is entitled "Mindfulness for Stress", and the second is 28-30th June, entitled "Mindfulness, Qigong and Yoga". Online Drop-in Mindfulness Classes
I run regular, weekly online group ‘drop-in’ mindfulness sessions, which are open to anyone irrespective of experience or location, on Tuesday lunchtimes from 12.30pm-1.25pm via www.powerpilates.com/live. If you are not a member of PowerPilates currently, please message me for a free trial code that you can use for one of my classes. Following this, you will be able to purchase passes via the PowerPilates website to book on whenever you wish to.
Corporate Wellbeing and Speaker Events
If you are a company, business or organisation and would like us to deliver a trial of weekly mindfulness or yoga drop-in sessions for your employees, either online or in-person, please get in touch - these have been really successful and are a great way to support your employees' mental wellbeing at work.
