Weekend Retreats at Samye Ling Buddhist Monastery
I am delighted to be co-leading the Mindfulness Association's 'level 1' mindfulness trainings at the beautiful Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhist Monastery in Scotland in 2026, which will take place over 4 seperate weekends: 6-8 March, 15-17 May, 3-5 July and 28-30 August 2026. Wellbeing Days
I have run open wellbeing events incorporating yoga, mindfulness and compassion practices for many years in the Cheshire area. My next mini-retreat is a day of Mindfulness and Art with the wonderful local artist Alison Waters who undertook a Mindfulness course with me a number of years ago. This will be held on Saturday 31st January 2026 at the Woodford Community Centre (SK7), and we would love you to join us. Free Drop-in Sessions
I am a regular volunteer teacher for the Mindfulness Association's free "Daily Meditation Sits", which happen every weekday at 10.30am and 7pm. You can drop-in to these sessions free of charge and without booking, whenever you would like to connect and practice with other like-minded people. In addition, if you are neurodiverse or exploring whether you might have a neurodiversity such as ADHD, Autistic Spectrum Condition, or a Specific Learning Difference such as Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, or other similar conditions, you may wish to join the monthly online 'Neurodivergent Mindfulness' sessions for neurodiverse folks, organised by the Mindfulness Association, which I lead. Sessions that take place on the third Wednesday of each month, from 7-8.30pm, and are free for members (and the initial 6 months of membership only costs £10!).​

Corporate Wellbeing, Offsites, and Speaker Events
If you are a company, business or organisation and would like us to deliver a trial of weekly mindfulness or yoga drop-in sessions for your employees, either online or in-person, please get in touch - these have been really successful and are a great way to support your employees' mental and physical wellbeing at work.
Alternatively, if your company or business would like us to deliver a tailored mindfulness- and/or yoga-based wellbeing event or workshop for your employees, either in person or via zoom, please get in touch to discuss how we can best meet your business' needs.

Having worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years at a senior level, I am confident speaking to large or small audiences about the benefits of mindfulness and yoga and how they can help people thrive in the business environment.
